Shipping & Processing Policy

Each item is made and prepared with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item so we can assist you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SweetsByMee is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. If you experience any shipping issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
SweetsByMee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed, as processing begins shortly after purchase.
